30 Days Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund the original form of payment, less the shipping charge. Any shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. You have to pay for the return shipping. The item(s) MUST BE UNUSED or in new condition only with the original packaging intact! Therefore, it must be returned in its original, unsealed and unopened packages for refund. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you(or will be subject to additional charges at our discretion). Wrong or Defective item received
We really apologize if we have shipped the wrong item or defective item. This is very unusual and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges for that or send the replacement as soon as possible. We will refund or cover the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
You must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item. We will cover the shipping cost in that case. Make sure that when you receive an item, that you take reasonable care of it when inspecting it. Please ensure that any security seals, labels or tags are still intact.
